Incorporating an instantaneous switching system that is laminated between 2 pieces of glass, you can transform your glass from transparent to completely opaque with the flick of a switch. Perfect for bathrooms, boardrooms, or even entire windows - anywhere where additional and instant control of privacy is required.

This amazing control of light is achieved through a special Liquid Crystal Polymer coated film. Liquid Crystals are dispersed within a formulated polymer matrix, enabling the particles to be aligned parallel in respect of each other when the flow of electricity occurs. When the flow is stopped the crystals return to their original position (randomly orientated to each other), blocking the flow of light.

iGlass also doubles as a projection screen, eliminating the expense and clutter of separate built-in screens and offering unique and exciting opportunities to visually communicate to large audiences in convention centres, exhibition halls, retail space, showrooms and shop fronts.

iGlass is a Grade A safety Glass (comply with AS2208, ANSI Z-26, EN 12600), and can be produced in any thickness of glass, and can be used with toughened, low-e, tinted and ceramic printed glass.
