Designing a home or building where security, natural light, and unobstructed views are top priorities can result in compromises. Cooling Brothers' Secure Guard addresses this by offering high-strength laminated glass that eliminates the need for steel bars or wire mesh, ensuring both safety and aesthetic integrity.
Utilising a PVB interlayer, Secure Guard protects against heavy impacts by absorbing the impact and remaining a barrier once the glass has broken. The PVB interlayer opens up a diverse range of sizes and glass thickness options as compared to less common interlayers, and thicknesses range from 6.52mm to 14.28mm.
Secure Guard can also be configured with a Low-E or IGU, providing not only the security benefits, but excellent thermal properties.
