Explore the Mereweather Bayside Lofts project in Frankston, featuring Cooling Brothers Ultra Light-E glass. Designed by Doig Architecture, this boutique beachside development combines luxury living with coastal performance glazing.
Project Introduction
The Mereweather Bayside Lofts project is located in the prime beachside suburb of Frankston. Architecturally designed by Melbourne firm Doig Architecture, this four-storey boutique development enjoys a prime beachside location at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula, moments from the unspoiled Frankston foreshore and picturesque Kananook Creek Reserve.
Featuring 25 meticulously crafted one and two-bedroom apartments, it includes double-height bay view lofts and spacious terrace garden apartments, along with a ground floor café. The luxe development captures natural light and coastal views, showcasing a striking combination of dark and light materials including dark framed windows against a white louvre system.
Low-E Glazing Details
Cooling Brothers supplied Ultra Light-E high-performance glass, selected for its excellent thermal efficiency, clarity, and suitability for coastal environments.
All glass was locally processed and fabricated, ensuring precision and consistency across large-format façade elements and apartment glazing systems. These architectural glass solutions contribute to the project’s contemporary coastal aesthetic and durability in a seaside environment.
