480sqm of Cool-E Clear, ImagInk, and Custom Laminate supplied for the overhead canopy refurbishment at Zagame Place, Hawthorn.
Project Introduction
A refurbished overhead canopy now defines the boutique redevelopment at Zagame Place, introducing a light-filled atrium and landscaped terraces framed by premium glass solutions.
Designed by Life3A’s in collaboration with Lukas Partners, the Hawthorn project delivers a contemporary workplace environment where glazing plays a central role in balancing transparency, comfort and solar performance. Cooling Brothers supplied 480sqm of Low-E laminated glazing with digital printing.
Glass & Glazing Details
Cool-E Clear glass was selected for solar control and thermal insulation, reducing heat gain while maximising daylight throughout the atrium. Custom laminated make-ups were used for overhead safety and acoustic performance, with selected panels featuring an ImagInk frit digitally printed to meet shading.
All glazing was BT Windows, who worked to precise specifications to integrate the glass into the refurbished canopy structure.
